Ichiyūsai Kuniyoshiga 一勇齋國芳画
Gemeinsame Serie von Kuniyoshi, Hiroshige und Kunisada über die berühmte Gedichtsammlung „Hyakunin isshu 百人一首“ (Hundert Dichter mit hundert Gedichten). Im oberen Feld das 88. Gedicht der Sammlung, geschrieben von der Kammerfrau der abgedankten Kaiserin Kōka 皇嘉 und Tochter von Minamoto no Toshitaka 源俊隆. In Hyakunin isshu unter: Kōka Mon'in no Bettō 皇嘉門院別当. Das Bild zeigt den bewaffneten Diener Ichiemon (Kartusche: ashigaru Ichiemon) vor einem Reisfeld. Er betrachtet ein Wespennest, das in einer Kiefer hängt. Neben ihm auf der Bank eine Sakekanne. Im Hintergrund Bauern.
