"Dyed ground" (jizomari 地染). The treasures: shippō 七宝 ("seven treasures"); chōji 丁字 (cloves) which serve as medicine or color, or fragrance and oil; hōyaku 宝鑰, a key that symbolizes luck and fortune; tsutsumamori 筒守 (caskets for picture scrolls, often lying crossed over each other, also knwon as gion mamori 祇園守); wish-fulfilling jewels (hōju 宝珠); cloak of invisibility, as a cap (kakuregasa 隠れ笠) and as a cloak (kakure mino 隠れ蓑); bag in which the treasures are kept (kin'nō 金嚢) with floral pattern; weight (fundō 分銅) for fuse the material possession. Motif on cranes: chrysanthemums and tendrils.
Matsukuizuru 松喰鶴 ("pine-eating cranes"): the auspicious motif of a crane with a pine branch in its beak is said to have developed in Japan during the Heian period from a motif of "flower-eating birds" (hanakuidori 花喰鳥) that originally came from the continent.
