Description
- runde Bildplatte, frabig bemalt mit Flußlandschaft, Brücke, Gebäuden, Hirten, im Hintergrund eine größere Stadt, auf einem Felsen im Vordergrund bezeichnet "F. Grue"
- Seven roundels with pastoral and similar scenes; at least four are signed by Dr Francesco Antonio Xaverio Grue (1686-1746). Probably Castelli (though he did also work in Naples for a time), by FAX Grue, c.1720-50. At least some of these are illustrated in the monograph on FAX Grue by Luciana Arbace (2005)
