Serie mit Szenen aus Kabuki-Stücken. Das Stück “Sono Omokage Asamagatake 其俤浅間嶽” gehört zu den Asama mono 浅間物 (Asama-Stücken). Höhepunkt dieser Stücke ist immer eine Szene, in der die Kurtisane ihrem Geliebten in einer Rauchschwade erscheint. Das Bild zeigt zwei Kabuki-Schauspieler in der Rolle des Liebespaars. Der Mann sitzt am Boden und liest in einem Brief. Hinter ihm steht seine Geliebte - eine hochrangige Kurtisane.
