Description: The Ultimaker is one of the first freely programmable printers for domestic use. The once expensive 3-D printing technology was originally developed for rapid prototyping—the fast creation of production samples. This technology makes it possible to produce tailor-made products on demand. The Ultimaker creates various small objects, tools, and even prostheses or models of human organs.
