The evaluation of the website’s compliance with the WZG transposing the requirements of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 was carried out in February 2020 in the form of a self-assessment according to WCAG 2.0 at Conformance Level AA.

Enforcement Procedure
In the event of an unsatisfactory response from the above point of contact, you can submit a complaint to the Österreichische Forschungsförderungsgesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung (FFG – Austrian Research Promotion Agency). The FFG accepts complaints submitted electronically using the contact form.
Contact form of the complaints body
The complaints are reviewed by the FFG to establish whether they relate to violations of the requirements set forth in the Web Accessibility Act, in particular shortcomings as regards compliance with the accessibility requirements, on the part of the federal government or one of its institutions.
If the complaint is justified, the FFG has to issue recommendations for action to the federal government or the legal entities concerned and propose measures that serve to eliminate the existing shortcomings.
